Our approach

Why physical appliances set the data boundary

Software-as-a-service transcription sends audio beyond your walls, where retention, access, and processing terms are set by someone else. A dedicated appliance keeps the entire inference path inside a device your team can inspect, locate, and audit. That physical boundary is easier to verify than a contract clause. Your security reviewers can trace where audio enters, where it is converted to text, and where the output is stored.

Each unit runs local processors engineered for low-latency neural acoustic inference, so transcription completes on the device without a round trip to a remote service. Conference audio terminals and on-premise deployment services extend the same principle across meeting rooms and internal networks.
